I do not have a bathroom scale yet I know know. So I don't know if i lost or gained. But I did work out 3 days last week for 1 hour. Thursday I did a Punch, Kick, and Crunch class. Friday and Saturday I did Zumba. Water I did OK on. Around 6 glasses a day so I just need to up that a little bit more. Soda...ugh...not so good still working on that.
