I've been struggling with my weigh lately and I figured it out. I haven't been doing a weekly log of my progress! Duh Lindsey! Alright, so starting this Monday I will be doing weekly logs. Here are my goals for June so y'all better keep me in check :D
Lose 5 pounds!
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Work out a minimum of 3 days a week for
60 min.
No Soda!
