Angel Lush Cupcakes/Mothers Day!

SUPER SUPER EASY and YUMMY TO THE TUMMY!
1 package(s) (16-ounce) angel food cake mix
1 package(s) (3.4-ounce) Jell-O® Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 can(s) (8 ounces each) Dole® Crushed Pineapple in Juice, undrained
1 cup(s) thawed Cool Whip® Whipped Topping
2 cup(s) sliced strawberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour into 30 paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until tops are golden brown and cracks feel dry. Cool cupcakes in pans 10 minutes; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
Mix dry Jell-O® pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl. Gently stir in Cool Whip®; spread onto cupcakes.
Top with berries. Store in refrigerator.
Had them for Mothers Day Brunch! They are very light and fluffy and delicious!

My Mom is an amazing person! She is one of my best friends! One of the greatest compliments I get is when I'm told I'm just like her even though I don't even compare to the amazing things she has and will continue to accomplish.
